How to use Envelope Reveal

1. Open Envelope Reveal from the Canva editor.
2. On the Content tab, type a heading (for example the couple's names). A live preview of the final frame appears in the panel. Optionally add a tagline, a date line, and a 1–3 character monogram for the wax seal.
3. On the Design tab, pick a theme, a size and a decoration style. You can also set each color individually.
4. Click Add envelope reveal. After a few seconds of processing, the animation is added to your design and plays.
5. To change it later, select the animation and click Update animation.

Common questions

How long is the animation? Roughly four seconds, and it loops.

Can I resize it? Yes — drag the element's corners like any other element. For a different composition, pick another size on the Design tab and update the animation.

My text is cut off. Long lines are scaled down to fit the card. If a line is very long, try shortening it or using the tagline field.
